At ENWPS, we employ Fanuc robots within a compact, efficient robotic cell designed for optimal performance. Key features of our system include:

Dual Fixtures for Enhanced Capacity


The system incorporates two fixtures, Fixture-A and Fixture-B, each capable of accommodating 96 parts across four different size variants. These fixtures are mounted on rails with two locking positions – one for loading/unloading and one for operation inside the safety cage.

Innovative Gripper Design


Our robot gripper features dual-sided functionality (Side-A and Side-B), allowing it to handle four parts simultaneously – two on each side.

Side-A grips untreated (green) parts from the fixture and places them into the heat treatment scanner. Side-B picks up the heat-treated parts and returns them to the fixture.

Automated Operational Workflow


The process begins with the loading of green parts into the fixtures. Once loaded, the fixtures are locked into the operational position inside the cage. The HMI interface allows operators to input the number of parts, initiating the robotic sequence. The robot continuously cycles parts through the scanner for heat treatment, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow until all parts are processed.
